Ivan Rushmer

Ivan Rushmer is the founder of Trackerserver, a white-label telematics platform that enables tracking service providers to deliver fleet management, video telematics and asset tracking services under their own brand.

Rushmer has worked in the telematics industry since 2014. Over more than a decade, that work has spanned GPS tracking, software engineering and the development of tracking hardware. As a result, Rushmer understands both the devices deployed in the field and the systems that manage them.

Rushmer maintains close working relationships with several of the world's leading telematics manufacturers, and has extensive experience in China, where a significant share of the world's tracking hardware is designed and produced. This experience includes the development of new tracking devices in collaboration with manufacturers.

A full-stack software developer, Rushmer brings the same technical depth to the platform itself, from device communication and server infrastructure through to the web portal and mobile applications.

Under Rushmer's leadership, Trackerserver supports more than 4 800 device models from manufacturers including Teltonika, Concox and Queclink, allowing service providers to work with the hardware best suited to their markets. Each partner operates on a dedicated server under its own brand, domain and applications. Partners offer their customers real-time tracking, AI video telematics, fuel and sensor monitoring, indoor positioning through InSight Mesh and reporting, together with an AI assistant and WhatsApp self-service.

The platform is built to give tracking companies of any size the capabilities of the largest providers, under their own name and without the cost of developing software in-house.
